Refund Policy
At Analytics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available for paid features of the Lernio IQ test.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date
- You have not substantially used the paid features (e.g., detailed report not yet accessed or downloaded)
- The Service was unavailable or materially defective at the time of purchase
- You were charged in error or without authorization
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available when:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
- You have already accessed, viewed, or downloaded the purchased content or report
- You simply changed your mind after using the paid features
- The purchase was made through a third-party platform (refunds must be requested through that platform)
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you have an active subscription:
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at sender@lernio.space with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase
- Date of purchase and amount charged
- Reason for the refund request
- Order or transaction ID (if available)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (14-day cooling-off period for digital content not yet accessed).
